Providing Quality Staffing, Services and Production Support to Businesses, Government and the Community

A wide range of labor intensive subcontract work in the area of assembly, collating, inspection, packaging, recycling, rework, sewing, shredding, and laundry service is performed at our production facility. Three well-equipped buildings, totaling 22,200 square feet, offer ample space for subcontract work and are conveniently located at State Highway 58 near Interstates 40 and 75 in eastern Tennessee. In business for over 30 years, we have a proven history of meeting the needs of our customers.

Using Our Employees Makes Good Business Sense

Off-site work opportunities include assembly at industrial and manufacturing centers, recycling and sorting, janitorial, plantscape, curbside recycling, and trash pickup service. Supervisors are provided to train employees and assure quality work. Ongoing follow up takes place to maintain successful employment at integrated community job sites. Our employees are also available for full time and part time employment directly with outside companies.

Secure Document Destruction

Michael Dunn Center Work Programs has been providing litter control services since 1998, paper recycling services since 2000, and document destruction shredding services since January 2005. Shredding services are performed at a customer’s place of business or at our facility on a one time, recurrent, or regularly scheduled basis. Sturdy and attractive locked containers are perfect for any setting. Bulk shredding is offered for individuals or companies who do not need or want locked containers.
