Family Model Residential Services also plays a vital role in supporting each person\u2019s ongoing growth and independence. As individuals improve in health, daily living skills, and overall functioning, they may transition through various levels of support \u2014 from Community Living to a Family Model home, and, when appropriate, to independent living. This progression allows each person to move forward at a pace that reflects their strengths, goals, and readiness.<\/p>\n
