We have positions including Direct Support Professionals, Nurses, Drivers, Case Managers, Supervisors, Teachers, etc. for all educational and skill levels. We offer opportunities for advancement and often promote internally. We offer paid training for care giving and life saving skills. We offer a $500 sign on bonus for full time staff and $1000 sign on bonus for our full time LPN's after 6 months of service. We have very flexible scheduling offering full and part time employment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 8 hour shifts in the day, evening, weekends, and midnights. Our pay schedule is bi-monthly. You would never be responsible for more than 4 service recipients, and sometimes only have 1 person you are caring for. We have convenient locations all over Roane Co. with more than 20 sites, one close to you.

Requirements for Employment
Applicant must be at least 18 years of
age.
All positions require proof of successful completion of high school (Diploma) or equivalence (GED)
Pre-employment background checks, including work history, personal references, motor vehicle history, and criminal history will be researched for all potential employees.
Employment will be contingent upon results of drug/alcohol testing.
Most positions require the employee to have a current valid Tennessee driver's license and to have held a valid driver's license for three (3) years. A "For Hire" endorsement must be obtained upon employment.
