Responsibilities:
Family Based- Match service recipients with families who wish to do foster care, monitor and supervise them in their home.
Family Support- Identify, and verify eligibility ,persons with any type of disability who may need funds for anything from home modifications to help with medication payments.
Personal Assistance- Provide staff in service recipient's home to help with daily living skills so that they remain in their home

Experience: 20 years experience working with individuals with MR/DD, approximately 15 years with Michael Dunn Center

Education: Graduate of Bedford High School, Temperance, Michigan

Goals for your department or the agency in general: To establish a respite provider list and funds for the provider so that family based providers can get relief when needed.
