Goals for your department or the agency in general:
"As an agency I would like us to increase the numbers of the individuals that we can serve."
"I would like to continue sharing new experiences in the community with the service recipients so that they have the chance to continue to experience new things in their lives."

Accomplishments/ Successes regarding serving individuals with disabilities:
"Recently, I was at DDI for a work programs luncheon. As I looked around I observed many individuals that have now moved into work program successfully who used to receive services from the Adult Day Program. Due to the persistent training and care provided for years by the Adult Day staff and the opportunities created by the staff of the Work Programs many people now have much more independence and choice about how to live their lives."

A new facility with better equipped bathroom and changing facilities for the service recipients.
An on-site clinic for treatment and evaluation of MDC service recipient health needs.
The ability to purchase and update supplies for the Service Recipients as they are needed.

Any other information you would like to provide:
"I have been with the agency for almost 10 years. I know that we have always had a Mission statement however, now we have a Mission statement as well as a VISION.
I know that all my life I grew up wanting to help people. My Mother was always sick and I would help take care of her up until her death. My dream as a child was to be a Doctor. I never did achieve that dream. But, I have achieved the dream of helping others. I am truly blessed to be a part of an agency that provides the service that we do to individuals with special needs. At the end of everyday I know that I have made a difference for someone, and we all know that everyday the precious people that we serve make a big difference in our lives. God knew my heart's desires and gave me the desires of my heart by placing me at Michael Dunn Center. I feel BLESSED beyond BLESSED. I look forward to the years ahead as we continue to prosper and grow in our mission at the Michael Dunn Center."
